Joining Together

Joining Together

Circle Ten Council and NeTseO Trails Council have merged in order to strengthen Scouting across Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma.

Scouts in both councils wear the same uniform, follow the same advancement program, and subscribe to the same Oath and Law. Day-to-day operations in a unit will not be affected.

A merged council creates more robust programs and allows more youth to benefit from Scouting’s life-changing programs.
